1.2 CEUs | Oct. 14-15, 2026 | Regina Day 1: • Chlorine Properties, Uses, & Reactions • Chlorine Dosage, Demand, & Contact Time • Chlorine Measurements, Calculations Concentrations • Operator Records & Samples • Correct Chlorine Dosage & Feed Rate Day 2: • Gas Chlorination Equipment • Changing Cylinders & Tonne Containers • Facility Requirements • Safety Practices • Start-Up and Shut-Down Procedures This workshop includes two days of workshop instruction, classroom materials, and Record of Completion. Prerequisites: none. VENUE: Associated Engineering/ATAP 1922 Park Street, Regina, SK NOTE: CEU Credit is not granted by the Operator Certification Board of Saskatchewan if the same workshop has been taken more than once in two consecutive renewal periods. Workshop runs from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If the registrant cancels 8 business days before a certification course starts (or 4 business days before a workshop) or earlier, they are eligible for a full refund. Past these deadlines, no refunds for cancellations are available unless ATAP cancels the training. The registrant who cancels a certification course in the 8-business days prior to the start date ( or 4 days prior to workshop) will, however, have a credit that can be held for up to 1 year for the course or workshop (excluding the course exam fees). Students who are absent, without informing ATAP of that absence prior to the course start, will receive a credit for the course only, not the exams. This course credit will be held up to 1 year, but no refund is available. Exam cancellations during a course: registrants must indicate at the time of registration (whether online or by telephone), the course exams they are writing (both, one, none). No credits or refunds will be available for exam cancellations unless the cancellation is made at least 12 business days before the exams. No examinations can be added during the course. No refunds or credits available if scheduled exams are missed.
