Service Description
ABOUT THE SESSION Saskatchewan Water and Wastewater Operator Certification Exams required for submission to the Saskatchewan Operator Certification Board (OCB) may be challenged at ATAP Exam sessions. The following exam session is dedicated to exam challengers only (those not taking a course with exams). Seating is in order of registration/payment. A maximum of two exams may be written in one day. An unshared/direct email address for the examinee must be provided by the registration deadline to meet confidentiality requirements. Maximum of 20 examinees/session. Register/Pay by Nov. 27, 2026 A lunch break is not mandatory, and students can write exams back- to-back if they wish. A maximum of 3 hours per exam is allowed. Formula sheets are provided with the exams. Pencils, erasers, calculation paper, and calculators provided. Exams are web-based and taken on ATAP laptops at our training facility. Even if you are writing only one exam, you must arrive by 8:15 am, as instructions are delivered only once. If you are unable to attend a scheduled exam, please contact ATAP by the registration deadline to avoid loss of exam fees. New exam cancellation policies are now in effect. Neither credits or refunds are available after registration deadline. The cost per exam is $262.50 all inclusive (exam, invigilation, ATAP processing fee, and applicable GST). Payment Details
BOOKING CONFIRMATION/RECEIPT: Upon completion of your online booking/payment, a confirmation email will be sent to you from this website with another email to follow with a receipt (paid invoice). Please ensure that any email spam/junk filters are not blocking these emails. If you do not receive any emails after booking, please call ATAP at 306-244-8828. CANCELLATION POLICY: If the registrant cancels 8 business days before a certification course starts (or 4 business days before a workshop) or earlier, they are eligible for a full refund. Past these deadlines, no refunds for cancellations are available unless ATAP cancels the training. The registrant who cancels a certification course in the 8-business days prior to the start date ( or 4 days prior to workshop) will, however, have a credit that can be held for up to 1 year for the course or workshop (excluding the course exam fees). Students who are absent, without informing ATAP of that absence prior to the course start, will receive a credit for the course only, not the exams. This course credit will be held up to 1 year, but no refund is available. Exam cancellations during a course: registrants must indicate at the time of registration (whether online or by telephone), the course exams they are writing (both, one, none). No credits or refunds will be available for exam cancellations unless the cancellation is made at least 12 business days before the exams. No examinations can be added during the course. No refunds or credits available if scheduled exams are missed.
